A big thank you goes out to Adam at Harlequin!!!
TITLE: Silver Falls
AUTHOR: Anne Stuart
GENRE: Romantic Thriller
RATING: 2.5 Stars
I had never read a book by Anne Stuart before and did not really know what to expect. I have to say that this book was okay, but nothing exciting. I just did not really think there was much suspense in this one. For one thing, we kind of know who the "bad guy" is almost right from the start - which is something I don't normally like in this type of thriller. The main characters Rachel and Caleb were okay, but nothing to get excited about.
I just could not find any excitement in reading this one.

Sorry it was a stinker.
OOOOhhh, that is too bad, I got all excited at the thought of a "Romantic Thriller"!
Hi Tina. =)
Ooo, I usually don't like stories where you know who's the bad guy from the get go. Not much left to the "thriller" part.
It's like you know you're running away from something and you think it's scary and it's out to get you and you think it's scary and it's out to get you... but it's the neighbour's kitten.
I've recently learned that there's a story genre where it's done on purpose so the whole point of the story is to see how a character pieces the evidence or the crimes together, or you get inside the bad guy's mind. Is that what this one is like?
Btw, I have something for you. =)

Bummer this is the first book you have read by her and didn't enjoy.
I like her books in the "Ice" series
