The Importance of the Perfect Bathroom Sink

I was recently looking at a renovation project at a friend's home. She has a beautiful old apartment - complete with original woodwork and built in china cabinet and we were discussing the merits of renovation and which rooms are "the most" important, when it comes to increasing the value of your home.

In fact, she is now working on renovating her bathroom - as she says "bathrooms and kitchens play a vital part" when it comes to selling a home. Apparently, these two rooms can, indeed, be deal breakers, for many people, if they are not "done up" properly.

One of the things we discussed was the importance of installing the right
bathroom sink - for both convenience and appearance, as, once again, the "look" of the bathroom should "flow" and be extremely pleasant to the eye - all the while remaining practical.
